Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address before we accept the order.



You may cancel your order placed within six hours from the time it is placed but a 15 % processing fee will apply to the order value in order to cover our admin costs towards the same. The 15 % shall be be deducted from the net amount received after card charges and exchange charges from our local bank. In case you wished to cancel after the 6 hours, a shipping fee per item of BD 35 /- in each direction will be charged in order to recover shipping charges in addition to the 15 % processing fee of total order value and you shall be refunded accordingly, but this is on the basis that the package has not been opened from your end. In case it was , then we reserve the right to cancel your request of refund. The period for the same might take 5 to 15 working days to be concluded.


In case more than 48 hours have passed since placing your order, a refund unfortunately is not possible in all cases.


The Site may not be used to order items in bulk for resale.


We are determined to provide the most accurate information on the Site to our users (weight, volume,colour, price, etc); however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
